Description:

Parboiled white rice is milled and has had the hull, germ, and bran layer removed.  The rice is then fortified and polished resulting in a light and fluffy rice that has separate grains.  White rice can be used in a multitude of applications and compliments a variety of entrees.

Recommended Preparation Instructions:

Combine ingredients. Bring to a boil, stir, and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or desired tenderness. Let stand 5 minutes and fluff with a fork.

One cup dry yields 3 - 3½ cups cooked.
