Cook a five-pound bag of Wild Rice Pieces (or any blend). After it is cooked, lay it out on a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer. After it is IQF'd (Individually Quick Frozen), place it in a bag or container in the freezer and use it in any amount needed. Great to reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop for side dishes or to add to soups, etc.
Perfect for meat processing, add to initial recipe before grinding.

Recommended Preparation Instructions:
- 5 pounds of rice
- 1 gallon plus 12 cups of water or stock
- 12 ounces of Chieftain Seasoning (optional)
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 20-25 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
