These full-flavored and colorful Chili Threads are extremely thin threads of dried red pepper. They measure about three inches long and about a half millimeter in width. Traditionally used in kimchi, these tasty threads can be used on soups and salads and anywhere you need a splash of color. The threads are quite pliable and can be lightly toasted in a dry skillet to bring out a deeper flavor.
