Chefs can save time in the kitchen using our Chocolate Cake Mix as we use essential ingredients like baking powder, sugar, and tapioca starch that are blended in for added convenience and quicker preparation.

Chieftain's Chocolate Cake Mix is finely ground with a flour-like texture and when baked has a rich cocoa flavor and light brown color. Can be used for waffles, crepes, cupcakes, cake, and more!

Ingredient Statement:

Sugar, rice flour, millet flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, tapioca starch, sorghum flour, baking powder, salt, guar gum. 

 

  • Thin batter and use to make decadent chocolate crepes, fill with fruit filling and top with whipped cream
  • Serve gooey alamode with cinnamon or caramel ice cream
  • Bake as a cake or use a muffin tin for easy chocolate cupcakes
  • Make cake batter and use to make chocolate waffles


Recommended Preparation Instructions: 

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix

Beat eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Slowly add Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix and mix until thoroughly combined. Bake as instructed below:


For Two 9-inch Round Cake Pans... 
Divide evenly between 2 lightly greased 9-inch round cake pans. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for about 25
minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean and dry.


For 20 Cupcakes... 
Divide evenly into paper-lined or lightly greased cupcake tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake in preheated
350°F oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean and dry.


For 13-inch by 9-inch Pan... 
Spread evenly into a lightly greased 13-inch by 9-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean and dry.
