Our flour is sourced and milled from the South American highlands where it was first cultivated to create our Golden Quinoa Flour. Chefs may use this exceptional product as a breader, in baked goods, as a thickening agent or when making pasta, pancakes, and more! Many chefs combine our Quinoa Flour with Tapioca Flour.
Please note that many recipes rely specifically on gluten-based flours; when substituting quinoa flour for gluten-based flour, you will need to adjust the amounts of other ingredients, the cooking time and/or temperature for the recipe.
