Lavender is great for making potpourri and when mixed with oatmeal and rosemary it can be used as a soothing bath blend. Rub on wild game or fowl prior to roasting. Add Lavender to sugar and seal in an airtight container for several weeks to create your own flavored sugar to add to cakes, custards, or teas.
