The sweet tantalizing flavor of Maple Sugar is a delicate enhancement to rolls, desserts, bread, rice, pies, and barbecued meats.  Maple Sugar is created when the sap of the Sugar Maple is boiled for longer than is needed.  Once all the water has been boiled off all that is left is a solid sugar.  Golden tan and flavorful, Maple Sugar can be sprinkled on top of baked squash, apple pie, and pumpkin pie.
