  • 10 oz package Rice River Farms Kaleidoscope Blend, prepared per package directions
  • 5 cups rutabagas, cooked and mashed
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix above ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish.

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • parsley flakes

Beat eggs and pour over mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle the parsley on top. Place casserole dish in a larger pan with water that comes halfway up the outside of the casserole dish. Bake in water bath at 325° for approximately one hour.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
