To make dressing…
Prepare rice per package directions, then chill.
In large bowl, combine cooked rice blend, crab meat, water chestnuts, celery, and green onions.
Make dressing in a small bowl by combining the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, and dill weed. Mix thoroughly and add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine dressing with rice mixture and blend well.
Seafood salad can be placed on ruffled lettuce leaves or rolled in a wrap and garnished with dill week and lemon slices.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
