WILD RICE STUFFED PEPPERS

 

Cook ground beef and onions until ground beef is done. Meanwhile prepare Sienna Medley with Garlic Peppercorn Seasoning. Remove tops from green peppers and clean out seeds. Combine ground beef, Pasta Rice Blend and tomato juice. Fill each green pepper with rice mixture. Put a pinch of cheese on top of each green pepper. Cover with tomato mixture. Cover and bake at 325º for 1 hour.
