Temporarily Unavailable...  Autumn Harvest Orzo is a blend of Sage Orzo, Pumpkin Orzo, and Chestnut Orzo. Delicious in a Pilaf, Pasta E Fagioli or Minestrone soups, cold salads, or by itself with butter. Use Orzo instead of rice with stir fry or to make Pilafs, cold salads, and soups. Toss cooked Orzo with chopped spinach and sliced almonds for a delightful side dish. Autumn Harvest Orzo is also known as Fall Orzo.

Enriched Durum Semolina Flour (milled wheat, niacin, iron, thiamine Mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Chestnut Flour, Pumpkin, Spices, Egg White, Wheat Protein Isolate, Sugar, Salt, Sage, Spinach Powder, Annatto Spice for color. (Contains Wheat, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Gluten)

Recommended Preparation Instructions:

Add 1 cup of orzo to 2 cups of rapidly boiling water or stock. Return to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes until tender yet still al dente. Remove from heat and let stand for 3-5 minutes. Add uncooked orzo to soup or stew during the last 12 minutes of cooking.

One cup dry yields 2½ – 3 cups cooked.
