Use our 10 Way Bean Blend for cold and hot bean salads. Substitute in your favorite bean dish. Use 10 Way Bean Blend in soups, chilies, stews, casseroles, and wraps, or toss cooked beans lightly with butter and herbs and use as a bedding for your favorite wild game.

Recommended Preparation Instructions:

Rinse thoroughly and soak overnight. Rinse and place in a large pot, covered with fresh water. Bring water to a boil for 3 minutes, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 60 to 90 minutes, until tender. This blend produces foam when boiling, so skim the water regularly.

One cup dry yields 2¼ cups cooked.
