BEANS AND HAM HOCKS
  • 2 cups dry Beans, washed
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 2 ham hocks, lean
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cook beans until almost done, keep covered with water while cooking. Add ham hocks, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until done. Serve with corn bread or tortillas.
