Cream the eggs, butter, sugar, water, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in wild rice and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheets and bake at 350degrees for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned but soft textured. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
