CHEESY WILD RICE DIP 
  • 6 slices of bacon, fried crisp
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup finely shredded smoked cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked Dry Roasted Wild Rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Herb Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions
  • smoked sweet Paprika

 

 Place cream cheese, herb seasoning, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, horseradish, mayonnaise and sour cream in a food processor.  Process until it is smooth. Place mixture in bowl and mix in bacon pieces, onions and wild rice.  Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish. Refrigerate at least an hour to enhance flavors.  Serve at room temperature.
